I'm actually afraid fir anyone that goes there. I have had very few horrible haircuts in my life but now u know why sometimes people come home crying from a bad haircut. There's no fixing what this lady did to my hair. I also couldn't understand a word she was saying. Please don't bring you or your family here

I was really happy with the cut my son and I had got. Melissa even did a great time on the first one. My son usually doesn’t like getting cuts but she actually got him to laugh the whole time on the first one and that’s another reason we went back to her. A few days ago we had came in and I had requested her online. I was sitting in her chair as one of the other stylists came and said there was someone wanting to talk to her on the phone. Right as she said hello I heard someone yelling at her and even using foul language. Come to find out that she was being accused by her manager she was lying about me requesting her online. She was not lying. I did request her. Managers should respect the other employees and not accuse them of lying when their not. I hope Melissa did get an apology for all that. Melissa gave us the best service we have had and we would love to continue to go to her in the future!

There's no reviews here on this page, but there should be! After trying multiple locations in vain to get a good haircut, only Katrina was able to deliver. Much of the problem is that I was not great at communicating exactly what I wanted, but she understood what I was looking for. Thanks!
